*For the 2025 budget above, we followed the RFP line for line, which doesn’t reflect what we actually use year over year. The major differences are in the Breakouts section in both equipment and labor. The Culinary Demo, Star Club Breakfast, Pre-Conference Sessions and large format Concurrent sessions have the most variance.
