We support about 1,500 shows a year, including live event productions, association and medical meetings, conferences, trade shows, exhibits and in-house AV services.

Event Planning Process
ON Services has proven workflow and process with SNA, all Affiliates and Exhibitors.
Hours of Operation
We have 24 hour warehouse operations at hub warehouse locations. On site warehouses are setup in storerooms of all properties involved in a show or event. While on show site we are committed to the show as needed outside of normal hours.
General Terms

50% deposit 30 days prior to load in of the event. Balance due net 30 days of final invoice
of all undisputed charges -
Negotiated on an as needed basis

In the event of Show postponement or cancellation of a show, the client shall pay ON Services for all services performed and all expenses incurred up to the effective date of the postponement or cancellation including, without limitation, any third-party obligations incurred by ON Services.
