Brent Milner, CEO​

Since his start in 2005, Brent has been driving growth and success ​
at ON Services with evolving responsibilities across operations, sales and marketing. Now, as CEO of ON Services, one of the leading event production companies in the live events industry, he helps to support the ON Services team in creating powerful experiences for clients around the country and abroad. During Brent's tenure, his teams have successfully grown ON Services from a single office, regional player to the multi-location, national production and venue services powerhouse that it is today. Brent is committed to cultivating the best talent in the industry and building an environment where talent can thrive and client service is unparalleled.​

Regarding Growth,  over the past five years, our leadership navigated the company from a component of a worldwide, publicly traded  meeting & event company to  truly independent, privately held organization to allow us to better focus on the future of events and we ,as thought leaders, in our industry can better empower our clients  to deliver effective events.  Since separating we’ve added to our talent and resources through acquisitions on like –mind companies expanding our capabilities in the critical Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions.   Our plans for the next three years reflect continued capital investment in equipment and talent and expanding our abilities to best serve our clients.

SUSTAINABILITY – “ALL IN ON ZERO”

Sustainability is something we’re all in on. It is the culmination of the little things, and the big things that drives our behavior as a company. We’re connected to programs like the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Guidelines (UNSDGs) and have addressed everything from waste management and energy conservation to local sourcing and hiring practices. These principles of sustainability are now firmly embraced by ON Services. Here are just a few ways we’re All In On Zero:

Reusable scenic: Modular Aluminum Framing “Scenic Ready”, Lightweight Synthetic Elements, and use of LED to create Digital Scenery.

 

• LED Lighting: Transitioned to LED for all warehouses and inventory to reduce power consumption.

 

Trucking & Air Travel: Offer more local support through partnerships and warehouse locations near top destinations to reduce fuel waste.

 

Paper Waste: Initiative to move all documentation to digital cloud-based storage for internal and external sharing.

 

“One Percent for the Planet”: All ON Service Logo wear is manufactured to be compliant with this program.

Remote Workforce: Reducing carbon footprint by allowing our back-office team to remote work.

AAN can count on ON Services

For your events, ONS incorporates a 15% revenue share of exhibitor equipment rentals into the exhibitor portal. This is typically applied as a credit to the final invoice for each event
